One new project is pressing and pasteurising the abundance of apples we have harvested this year.
These will be bottled and labeled and hopefully given back to the community with gratitude.
From cutting, preparing and ‘scratting’
Using the press, pasteurising, labeling and bottling – the children and young people have been involved in every step.
