6 months already!
When Sian joined us she brought a calm, practical, upfront way of doing things. A member of the team that is level headed, and as DSL sits at the heart of keeping us all safe.
Sian is ‘Mama Bear’ and cares and protects but also ensures the team can talk through concerns openly.
New to SEND but not new to teaching, Sian is a French speaking, rugby playing enthusiast, great cook and a wizz with technology.
The children and young people feel safe around her and she has made some really helpful connection through her natural relational approach.
As you can see from the pictures she is always up for fun. Thank you for all you do.
